Getting Started

   Upload your PDF documents.

   Add the documents you want Apollo to search.

   Allow Apollo to process them.

   Once processing is complete, the document contents are available for search.

   Search for the information you need.

   You do not need to remember which PDF contains it.

Uploading Documents

Open Apollo and select the option to upload a document. Choose the PDF you want to add, upload it, and wait for Apollo to finish processing it.

Repeat the process for additional PDFs. After a document has been successfully processed, its contents become available for searching.

Viewing Your Documents

Apollo provides a document list showing the documents that have been uploaded. Use it to see which documents are currently available and to manage the collection as documents are added or removed.

Searching Your Documents

Enter a question, phrase, topic, name, concept, or description of the information you want to find. Apollo searches the contents of your uploaded documents and returns the information most relevant to your request.

You can search using normal language. You do not need to know the exact wording used inside the PDF. If the first search does not return what you need, refine the wording or make the request more specific.

Reviewing Search Results

Review both the information Apollo found and the source information associated with the result. Source details help you identify where the information originated within your document collection.

This lets you locate information quickly while still being able to trace it back to its source.

Deleting Documents

If you no longer want a document stored in Apollo, select it and use the delete option. Once the document has been removed, its information will no longer be available through Apollo document search.

Adding New Documents

You can continue adding documents as your collection changes. Upload the new PDF and allow Apollo to process it. Once processing is complete, the document becomes part of the searchable collection.
